Moron-mongering,  (môr-on mon-ger-ĭng) tr.v.

  1. To peddle to a stupid person; a dolt.
  2. Promoting something undesirable or discreditable.
  3. The use of moronic rhetoric to leverage the opinions and actions of
    others towards some end.
