Amending the Constitution via the legislative process (as espoused by me, and everybody else for that matter) is different from the judiciary amending the Constitution via a judicial decision.
I suggest you avoid topics like the Constitution and economics, and stick to things you know, like bashing attractive white conservative females.

Originalists do not want changes, they seek to repeal all social programs as unconstitutional.
All the amendments were done by the legislative process, as laid out in the Constitution.
The Constitution allowed for changes and improvements.
Modern day Tea Baggers are looking to "restore" things to the way they want it. You can't restore what was intended, by design, to change.
