Taxes already pay for more than 60 percent of US health spending Americans pay the highest health care taxes in the world. We pay for national health insurance, but don’t get it.
50% of the country is covered by Medicare/Medicaid/VA Hospitals. And they all will never part with it. Why is convincing the other 50% that they don’t have to get screwed by private corporations so hard?
Americans are so vindictive. They can’t let another person enjoy health care. Somehow they “earned” the right to be taken care of in a time of need.
Why not not just envision your insurance premiums as pitching in to the Universal Plan and everyone gets covered. It would be the same money. Probably less.
Is your indignation towards the less fortunate that strong? That was rhetorical.
