Torture Is "Immoral And Useless"

The ACLU's Ben Wizner was on Rachel Maddow last night discussing recently released CIA information showing Bush's quest to classify embarrassing details about his torture program.

"Why in the world was that classified?"

And reading newly un-redacted portions of previously released memos how Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the guy Bush used as a reason for torture and its "success", said "I make up stories" and lied during interrogation, pretty much throws out the effectiveness and justification of the CIA's torture program.

Bush FAIL, Cheney FAIL, torture FAIL.
