The New York Times reports that Dick Cheney ordered the CIA to withhold information from Congress.
The CIA "withheld information about a secret counterterrorism program from Congress for eight years on direct orders from former Vice President Dick Cheney, the agency's director, Leon Panetta, has told the Senate and House intelligence committees."I can't wait to hear more about this. Could it be Big Dick's executive assassination ring? Cheney truly is the most evil man in America. The conservatives' Unitary Executive Theory really was a disguise to give Cheney free reign to run the White House. Bush was just the gullible "face" of the mega-secret, Constitution-shredding, neo-con movement.
