Bush inherited his sub-prime IQ, he inherited the 2000 election from the Supreme Court, everything else is his own doing.
I think history will be documented in the very near future showing all the ways Bush destroyed America. We may do things wrong from time to time, but we expose the problem, correct it, and move forward.
